Homeowners search. Local pros answer.
The Lead House turns high-intent home-service searches into live, exclusive phone calls — routed in seconds to one vetted contractor in the caller's area. No shared leads. No bidding wars on your customer.

ExploreHow it works
From search to ringing phone
- 1
Homeowner searches
Someone with a leak, pests or a failing AC searches — on Google, Bing, maps, or an AI assistant.
- 2
We capture intent
Our owned sites and vetted publishers present a clear, honest call option. The homeowner chooses to call.
- 3
Screened & routed
Our routing checks trade, ZIP, business hours and caps, and filters duplicates and suspicious callers.
- 4
You answer, you win
One pro gets the live call. You get the recording and reporting. Billing follows rules agreed in advance.
Built for the AI-search era
Homeowners now ask AI where to find help. We make sure the answer rings a real pro.
Search is changing fast: map packs, AI Overviews, chat assistants. Our owned-and-operated sites are written to be understood by people and by AI answer engines, with structured data and clear, accurate service information.
- Structured, machine-readable pages for search and AI answers
- AI and bot traffic contractually defined as invalid for publishers
- Call recordings and routing logs available for audit
- Human founders review new partners — no auto-approved traffic
Quality stack
Real-time routing
ZIP, trade, hours and caps checked before a call connects.
Bot & fraud filters
Duplicate, repeat and suspicious callers screened out.
Recorded & logged
Recordings and call data retained for quality review.
Privacy by design
Minimal data, consent-gated analytics, GPC honored.
Compliance first
Clean calls protect everyone — especially you.
The rules around lead generation and consumer calls are strict and keep shifting. We stay ahead of them so buyers aren't inheriting someone else's risk.
- Consumer-initiated inbound calls — no cold calling, no robocalls
- Single-seller consent standard applied as our policy wherever forms are used
- Call-recording disclosures and state-aware practices
- Written publisher traffic policy with audit rights
2026 update: The FCC's 2023 one-to-one consent rule was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit in January 2025, and the FCC later removed it. We still apply a single-seller consent standard as company policy, because many buyers and states expect it. Read our plain-English update.
FAQ
Straight answers
Are your calls exclusive?
Yes. Every inbound call is connected to one buyer only. We don't sell the same call or caller to multiple contractors.
How do you bill?
Per qualified call, based on rules we agree before launch — typically a minimum call duration, a caller inside your service area, calling for a service you offer, during your hours. Duplicate and out-of-area calls aren't billable.
Where do calls come from?
From our own home-services websites and from vetted publishers who follow our written traffic policy. Traffic sources include search engines, maps and directories, and content sites. We don't use cold calling, robocalls or incentivized traffic.
Do you do the home repair work?
No. We are a marketing and call-routing company. Independent local service providers do the work and set their own prices.
How fast can I start?
Once we confirm your trades, ZIPs, hours and billing terms, most buyers are live within a few business days, depending on traffic availability in your area.
