How it works
From a homeowner's search to one pro's phone
Four moments, a few seconds, one exclusive conversation.
Four moments
The call journey
- 1
Demand
A homeowner has a problem (water on the floor, termites, a leaking roof) and searches, or asks an AI assistant.
- 2
Discovery
They land on one of our home-service sites or an approved publisher placement with an honest description and a number.
- 3
Decision
The homeowner chooses to call. Nobody is auto-dialed.
- 4
Delivery
Routing identifies the trade and location, applies buyer rules, and connects one available pro, usually in seconds.
What routing checks
Between “call” and your phone ringing:
- Trade: is the caller asking for a service you offer?
- Place: are they inside your ZIPs, counties or radius?
- Hours: are you open, or taking after-hours calls?
- Capacity: have you hit your daily or concurrent cap?
- Quality: repeat caller, known bad number, or suspicious traffic?
Optional screening prompt
A short press-1 step can confirm service type or ZIP before connecting.
If you miss a call
Rules decide whether it goes to a backup company or ends, agreed in advance.
Roles
Who does what
| Contractor | Publisher | Homeowner | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wants | Exclusive live callers ready to book | Fair payouts for compliant traffic | A real local pro, fast |
| Controls | ZIPs, hours, caps, billing rules | Sources, creative, budget | Whether and whom to call |
| Gets | Call, recording, reporting | Real-time stats, clear rules | A direct conversation |
| Pays | Per qualified call | Nothing, they're paid | Nothing to us |
Common questions
Is the homeowner charged?
No. Homeowners never pay us. They deal directly with the company they're connected to.
Can I choose my ZIP codes?
Yes, by ZIP, county, radius or state, and you can change it as capacity changes.
What if I miss a call?
Missed calls follow the rules in your agreement. Many contractors choose a backup route so the homeowner still gets help.
