Acceptance
By using theleadhouse.com or any website operated by The Lead House LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites. Business relationships with buyers and publishers are governed by separate written agreements, which control if they conflict with these Terms.
What we do — and don't do
The Lead House is a marketing and call-routing company. We connect consumers with independent third-party service providers. We do not perform home services, we are not a contractor, and we do not employ, supervise or guarantee the providers you may be connected with. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the provider, who is responsible for licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, scheduling and workmanship. We do not charge consumers for connecting calls.
No endorsement or guarantee
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or recommendation. We encourage you to verify licenses, insurance and references before hiring anyone — see our vetting checklist.
Call recording and monitoring
Calls placed to numbers in our network may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. By continuing a call after a recording disclosure, you consent to recording.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the sites for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Don't attempt to scrape, overload, probe or bypass security or bot protections.
- Don't submit false information or someone else's information without authorization.
- Don't place automated, AI-generated or artificially generated calls to numbers in our network.
Intellectual property
Site content, design and trademarks belong to The Lead House or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes; other uses require written permission.
Disclaimers
The sites and information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content is for general information and is not legal, financial or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lead House is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any acts, omissions, services or products of independent providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the sites will not exceed $100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
